The Raw Story | Bush links Syria to killing of Lebanese MP: "US President George W. Bush on Wednesday indirectly accused Syria of involvement in the Beirut blast that killed a Lebanese anti-Syrian MP and nine others.

'There has been a clear pattern of assassinations and attempted assassinations in Lebanon since October 2004,' Bush said in a statement.

'Those working for a sovereign and democratic Lebanon have always been the ones targeted. The victims have always been those who sought an end to Syrian President Assad's interference in Lebanon's internal affairs.'"

Here we go again... The propaganda machine now has its sights set on Syria. Just like Iraq had WMDs and Iran is arming the Taliban, now Syria is causing the trouble in Lebanon. (of course, he fails to mention our involvement in Lebanon.)
